Hello and welcome to The Current’s website!

Take a look around and grab all the information about us you can. The Current was started to provide christian community to young adults or 20 somethings in east Orlando. We provide campus ministry to UCF, Valencia, Full Sail, and SCC students!

The Current is an outreach of Spirit of Joy. A church that remodeled and meets in an old bowling alley to help renew Lives, Communites, Church, and the World.

The Current meets weekly from August to December and then again from January through May! Weekly gatherings happen on Tuesday nights from 7pm to 9pm and are open to anybody from any faith background to explore, deepen, trust in, and act on the promises of Jesus and the truthes found in the bible.

During the summer months we will meet for small group discussion, prayer and support. Please contact us to get involved in a summer small group!
